Return Policy:

– To initiate a return, you must send us a video of the damaged product during the unboxing process. This is essential for verifying the authenticity of your claim.

Refund Policy:
– If a return request is accepted, we will issue a replacement product of the same type and value. the replace product will be re-delivered within 5-7working days
– In the event that the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
– Refunds will only be issued based on the availability of the product.
– Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
