However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free of errors. Availability of products may change, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders in certain situations.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. ZynGreen is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider or due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or strikes.

Shipping Errors: If an error occurs during shipping, such as a wrong address provided, we are not responsible for reshipping or reimbursing the cost of the error. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is correct.

6. Returns and Refunds
No Order Cancellations: Once payment has been made, you cannot cancel the order. All sales are final, and orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.

Returns: We do not accept unnecessary returns. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, and you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage. The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the item at the time of receiving it. If the unboxing video is not provided, we will not accept any return requests.

If the item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the unboxing video. Upon verification, a new product will be shipped to you.

Non-availability of Product: In case the product you ordered is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued only in cases where the product is unavailable, or a return is accepted due to damage (after verifying the unboxing video). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. User Accounts
To place an order, you may be required to create a user account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your device.
