At ZynGreen, we are committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

 

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

- To initiate a return, you must send us a video of the damaged product during the unboxing process. This is essential for verifying the authenticity of your claim.

- Returns will only be accepted after verification of the authenticity of your claim. If your claim is found to be valid, we will proceed with the return process.

 

Refund Policy:

- If a return request is accepted, we will issue a replacement product of the same type and value.

- In the event that the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.

- Refunds will only be issued based on the availability of the product.

- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

 

Important Notes:

- Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that are not damaged or have been tampered with after delivery.

- If you change your mind about a purchase, we will not be able to accept a return unless the product is defective or damaged.
